Cross Training:

Cross training delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Cross training specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The Cross Training program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Cross Training is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Cross Training Evaluation:

If you have “Cross Trained” in the past or you feel your fitness level is ready for Cross Training, you can opt for the Fundamentals Evaluation. You can set up an appointment with one of our coaches to assess your readiness for Cross Training. The cost of this evaluation is $25 and can be applied to your first month of Cross Training.

Cross Training Fundamentals Personal Training:

Another option to get ready for our Cross Training is the Fundamental Training Package. This TRAINING PACKAGE consists of four one hour sessions with you and one of our coaches. The fundamental movements curriculum will be covered during these sessions, but in a one on one format. If you want to get ready for Cross Training classes quicker then Personal Training is a great option for you! Also, if you have specific performance orientated goals then one of our coaches can help you achieve those goals through Personal Training.
