Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training that targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in a program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Training Zone offers a full circuit training area located on our main floor. Don’t have a lot of time or training on a lunch break? This complete group of machines is perfect to get in and out while achieving maximum results.

We have Dumbbells /Barbells, Benches, 8-station Crossover Cable, Smith Assisted Squat Machines, Power Racks, Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment and more. Unlike most fitness centers our dumbbells go up to 120lbs, so go ahead and maximize your workouts.
Whether you live or work in the area our locker room can get you ready for your day. We provide the necessary space for you to change, shower, and have plenty of secure lockers to hold your belongings. Each of our lockers have electronic self-coded locks for your convenience.
