Personal Training Area

We have our very own Dedicated Personal Training Area with all the equipment to make that body transformation. From battle ropes, medicine balls, benches, bands, cable machines, dumbbells, kettle bells, slam balls, and more. Trainers love this space to punish you from cheating on your diet over the weekend.

As Fitness Director, Kevin coordinates Training Sessions along with developing custom Training Programs.

A former athlete and Coach, Kevin specializes in developing strength and conditioning programs with an emphasis on Sports Conditioning. His clients love his attention to detail, and he strives to produce the best results for his clients.

Outside the club, Kevin enjoys playing golf, soccer, and softball, and spends many days at the lake camping and paddle boarding with his family and friends.

Zoey has always had a passion for sport, fitness and motivating others. As a lover of an active lifestyle she became an AFFA Certified Personal Trainer in 2009 while completing her Bachelors of Science in Health Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology. Zoey has over 8 years of experience working in clinical and outpatient physical therapy settings as well as in an orthopedic surgery office. During this time she was working with clients in their recovery and strengthening process. As a personal trainer and coach Zoey enjoys training her clients to further their quality of life and achieve their goals.

Outside of the gym Zoey has a love for running, paddle boarding, and staying active outdoors! She believes that her time and passion in the gym allows her to push herself achieve new goals!

Michelle has been involved with sports her whole life but really became interested in fitness and health as a career when in high school. She participated in the Sports Medicine ROP program for two years and worked in a physical therapy office off and on since then. She was part of the Athletic Training Program at Cabrillo College where she received her AA and played women’s soccer. From there, she went on to play in Kansas and studied Biology. She then moved back to California and transferred her focus to Kinesiology and pursuing physical therapy at Sacramento State. While she was completing her degree, she began personal training in Granite Bay. She fell in love with the field, seeing progress in clients, and building friendships with those she works with. Michelle realized this passion for helping others learn how to workout safely, live a healthy lifestyle, and is eager to share it with others. Michelle’s goal is to pursue Sports Rehabiliatation – Physical Therapy.

Outside of work, Michelle loves to playing indoor soccer, weightlifting, dancing, and hiking throughout the beautiful place we live. She believes in a positive mindset and living everyday grateful for life’s blessings.

DAVE WILLIAMS

Dave’s love of body building began at the young age of ten. He followed his passion with years of competition work winning numerous professional titles. At the same time, he trained as a medical technician through which he gained an extensive knowledge of the body’s muscular and connective tissue systems. Dave is now a certified personal trainer and massage therapist. His practice is not limited to those interested in competitive body building. He also provides recreational strength and balance training for all ages and levels of fitness, including pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. He offers therapeutic body work.
