Working with a certified personal trainer provides the greatest success. Your trainer holds you accountable so you can see results and enjoy weight loss and improved body composition faster than if you’d tried to do it alone.
At Training Zone, we offer a dedicated personal training area just for you. No fear about what people think when you work out. You have access to all the equipment you need for a full body transformation.

All our members are given three opportunities to meet with a member of our Training Team upon joining on us (you pay zilch, nada, nothing down, no interest, no payments)!
Your membership includes a Gym Orientation which will consist of one of our Team leading you through a fifty minute information session which will provide you with the basics of how to use our weight machines and cardio equipment. This session will not be a full training session, but you will learn some valuable information on how our equipment works.**
The orientation will consist of two to four other new members, just like yourself. We will show you where things are and give you the chance to make some new friends at the gym!
** Please note: Still wear comfortable workout clothes.
We know many of you have previously spent an introductory session with a Trainer who took up the whole hour trying to get you to sign your life away on a training package! Not so here!! We will let you know about our training pricing, but we are here to give you a helping hand whether you buy training or not!!
During the first Fit Start, the Trainer will conduct a personal fitness assessment to determine your fitness level based on measurements, body composition, while discussing past, present, and future health and fitness goals. Once a baseline level is established, we will provide you will a comprehensive workout strategy including class offerings and nutrition guidelines.
The second Fit-Start will be a few weeks after the initial Fit Start. During the second meeting, the Trainer will track your progress towards achieving your goals. If you are ready, the Trainer will provide you with the next level of your training plan.
